 One Missed Call

I got this movie from my roommate. I think this movie has usual story like other horror movies. In fact, this movie was very outstanding after I watched it. It is include of sound, the ghost, and the acting of the actors and actress were really great.

This movie is about Beth Raymon who got death terror after her friends were death in tragic. Before the death came, they got one missed call from them self. The message told about their death. The time of it was from future. The message described about time and how they will death. Strangely, there is always a red hard small candy in the victim’s mouth.

Then, Beth decided to report it to the police. However, only Detective Jack Andrews believe her, because his sister death in the same way. After that, they did investigation to find the source of its call. In fact, it started from a girl, Ellie Layton, who deaths of asthma attack. It cause of she tried to hurt her sister. Then, her mother (Merrie Layton) became angry to and locked her alone. She tried to call Nurse Jean (Jack’s sister) to get a help because her inhaler was empty, but she death.

An hours before the time of her death, Beth goes to St. Luke's hospital, where the fire took place. It cause of she believe that Merrie was in. Unexpectedly, she found Marrie’s body there. One day later, Ellie enters to Beth’s house and attempts to attack her in the night. Honestly, ghost of Merrie came and pulled Ellie into the phone. Thus, Beth is safe from a death terror.

Moral Value:

      I got some moral value from this movie. First, we should not be arrogant person and underestimate others. It cause of we will get the bad effect from it. This problem was happen to Beth’s friend, Brian. He was not believed to Beth and others about the ghost. Finally, he passed away like his friend. So, we should appreciate someone opinion.

      Then, we have to defeat our fear. In this movie, Beth could find the answer of the sources of the called. She defeated her fear and found it. Honestly, at the end of this movie she was safe from the ghost who wants to kill her. Thus, we have to believe to our self that we can do anything well with a hard effort. We do not give up before we try to do it.
